2D & 3D week 9

 Today we got together as a big group again and discussed the layout for the poster and how it might look like.

the size was going to be printed in A3
font will be bell gothic standard (std) for everything

 

some concepts i came up with are doing a parachute theme, to give it the up in the sky feel and one with a fence on the bottom as if you were to over look the fence to see the sky.

the theme we decided on was 6 people holding up a visual dairy to cover their face and have the letters of "up here" on each book 

The following 2 designs are some that i was trying to show/ display to the class.

the design on the left is off a house hold fence with grass patch on the bottom ( thats where the sponsors logos go) with the exhibition logo hanging from the top of the fence, which also signifies "up here" literally cause its hanging from top of the fence.

the design on the right is more literal because it is at the top of a building/ hotel with a banner hanging up the top ( where the exhibition logo will be place) and the info/ text will be placed right at the roof on top and on the building. sponsors logos again, will be on the bottom

the scans didn't turn out quite visible so i added a threshold adjustment to try make it more visible.
